SMS Opt-In

Residents and service vendors can use this form to opt in to text messages from Zac Goodman Property Operations Notifications. The program sends transactional messages about maintenance appointment windows, work order status, and access and scheduling coordination. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Opting in is entirely optional. Residents can complete a lease and use the resident portal without opting in, and vendors are assigned work regardless of whether they opt in.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for assistance. You may also email zac@interfaceproperties.com to be removed. Opting out does not affect your tenancy or your vendor relationship.
