Zac Goodman Property Operations Notifications sends transactional text messages to residents and service vendors regarding maintenance appointment windows, work order status updates, and access and scheduling coordination. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Residents opt in on a lease application or in the resident portal; vendors opt in on the vendor onboarding form. The SMS consent box is unchecked by default. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
