Text message program

Zac Goodman Property Operations Notifications sends transactional text messages to residents and service vendors regarding maintenance appointment windows, work order status updates, and access and scheduling coordination. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Residents and vendors opt in through a standalone SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default and entirely optional. The checkbox appears on the resident portal profile page and the vendor profile page, both of which can be saved without it, and on our standalone opt-in form at goodman-8o5.pages.dev/sms-signup. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, lease, service, or work assignment. We do not purchase contact lists.
